Definitions:

 
Broker Representative who pays $99 for Rep. Kit & administrative fee to become a Broker for Healthcare Card & $49 renewal on each anniversary
MGR Manager- has 35 retail sales in 3 levels
SM Senior Manager- has 100 retail sales in 7 levels
DIR Director- has 2 Sir. Mgr.& 300 retail sales in 7 levels
ED Executive Director – has 1-5 Directors in 7 levels
Retail Sales $ paid on outside sales only (subject to commissions)
Wholesale Sales $ paid on sales within the organization (not subject to commissions, but are counted in qualifications for Executive positions-Mgr-Sir Mgr.-Dir.-etc)

Total Commission Paid Out – 65%
30% retail + 18% downline + 10% mgmnt bonus + 7% revenue pool = 65%


Brokers Earn 30% Commission on all Personal Sales
Paid Bi-Weekly

Brokers earn a 30% commission each month for the life of the membership plus a portion of the application fee of $25 receive ($10) on each sale that they personally make. Commissions are paid on outside retail sales only, not on wholesale sales to any representative (broker) within the organization, but are counted in qualifications for Executive positions – Mgr.- Sir. Mgr.- Dir.- etc.

Example 50 sales: based on a $29.95 per/mo. Medical & Dental Family Plan 50 sales x $30 Plan = $1,500 x 30% = $450 p/mo. x 12 months = $5,400 year


Building a Downline Organization

 Brokers Earn 18% on 3 Levels of Downline Commission.

Brokers are automatically eligible to earn override commissions on 3 levels once they have recruited one representative frontline. Commissions are paid only on outside retail sales, not on wholesale sales to any representative (broker) within the organization, but counted in qualifications for Executive positions-Mgr.-Sir. Mgr.-Dir.-etc.

10% Management Growth Bonuses: 3% Mgr + 4% SM + 3% Dir

Representatives (brokers) who have achieved Management status earn growth bonuses from their first level, extending beyond their 3rd level, through the depth of their whole organization. Management bonuses are cumulative. Senior Managers continue to earn Manager’s bonuses & Directors still receive Senior Manager’s & Manager’s bonuses etc. (where applicable).
Managers Earn Additional 3% Growth Bonus

Representatives become Managers once they have at least:

  • 2 personally-sponsored representatives (Brokers), plus
  • 6 memberships on their first 2 levels, plus
  • 35 memberships within the first 3 levels of their downline (including personally sponsored)

Managers earn an extra 3% on all levels beneath them, down through the next manager on a specific leg. In addition, they always earn their standard commissions from the first 3 levels of the production of any representative (including managers) beneath them!

Senior Managers Earn Additional 4% Growth Bonus

Managers become Senior Managers once they have at least:

  • 3 personally-sponsored representatives (Brokers), plus
  • 9 memberships within their first 2 levels, plus
  • 100 memberships within the first 7 levels of their downline (including personally sponsored.

Senior Managers earn an extra 4% on all levels down through the next Senior Manager. In addition, they always earn their standard commissions on the first 3 levels of the production of any representative (including managers and directors) beneath them!

 Directors Earn Additional 3% Growth Bonus Plus Vesting

Senior Managers become Directors once they have at least:

  • 3 personally-sponsored representatives (Brokers), plus
  • 9 memberships on their first 2 levels, plus
  • 300 memberships, including personally-sponsored & on the first 7 levels of their downline +
  • 2 Qualified Senior Managers in their first 7 levels.

Directors earn an extra 3% on all levels down through the next Director. In addition, they always earn their commissions from the first 3 levels of the production of any representative (including Managers, Senior Managers and other Directors) beneath them!

 Executives Directors 7% Revenue Sharing Pools
Directors become Executive Directors once they have at least 1 Director in their 7 Levels

The Revenue Sharing Pools give Executive Directors exclusive access to a share of the total production of all representatives, going beyond their own downline. A percentage of the revenues is allotted for each pool and is divided among those who qualify on a quarterly basis. A Sapphire Executive Director will share in the first pool only; an Emerald in the first and second; a Ruby in the first three and the very exclusive Diamond Executive Directors will take a share of all 4 revenue pools with a total of 7% of company revenue paid quarterly.

Executive Directors 7% Revenue Sharing Pools

1. Sapphire Exe. Dir. Bonus – earn 1% of whole company revenue
Sapphire Executive Directors must have 1 Qualifying Director in their first 7 levels.

2. Emerald Exe. Dir. Bonus – earn 2% of whole company revenue
Emerald Executive Directors must have 2 Qualifying Directors in their first 7 levels.

3. Ruby Exe. Dir. Bonus – earn 2% of whole company revenue
Ruby Executive Directors must have 3 Qualifying Directors in their first 7 levels.

4. Diamond Exe. Dir. Bonus – earn 2% of whole company revenue
Diamond Executive Directors must have 5 Qualifying Directors in their first 7 levels.
